Dances

Below are the dances we teach.  We group them the way you would most commonly use them were you to go out dancing at a venue.

For instance if you went out to a local club on a Latin night you would dance Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue all night long.  They play Cha-Cha occasionally so that’s on the list.  Brazilian Zouk (usually abbreviated to Zouk locally), is often tied in with the Latin dance scene, although it’s not Latin per se.  Same with Kizomba.  At a local bar or any place with live music, you’re going to be dancing what’s on the Swing list, etc.  BTW, just because a dance isn’t on the list doesn’t mean you can’t dance it at a selected venue.

Let The Dance Shack instructors be your guide.  You’ll be able to dance to ANY music you enjoy, no matter where you are!
