Improve body and muscle control and learn how to isolate each area of your body to improve your styling and movement!
We’re taking the chains off Mason and letting him go whole hog with his isolations class. This is going to be a full-blown Pop & Lock class! Popping is having proper muscular control to accent your movements with a “pop.” Locking is being to isolate your body’s movements, stopping on a dime. Mason will break the body down in parts and teach you what to focus on to isolate each part. The control over your body that you’ll have will add style and precision to your dancing.
You’ll end up with more flexibility, range, control, coordination, and a whole new set of tools to style and interpret the music! Since all dances and levels of dancing require body movement, it’s a game changer for everyone!
Each Class is only $10 for members, $15 for non-members, and no partner or experience needed!
