As some of you know, one of our very own instructors, Naga, is a certified postural alignment specialist and has spent the last year and a half owning her own business helping people become pain free and prevent injuries. Although she’s returning to school to become a physical therapist assistant and no longer runs her business, she would love to share her expertise with all of you in a class every Friday at noon.

Here’s the dealio… Naga will guide you through exercises and stretches that are designed to return functional movement to your body. When your muscles are working properly, they’re able to support the movement your body was designed to perform without joints and ligaments “rubbing you the wrong way”. This class will also help you feel stronger and more balanced as you move about the dance floor. Among Naga’s clients over the last year or so have been a handful of dancers who have experienced these benefits. Come see what it’s all about!
